Hello!
I think it is time to introduce myself, and Juuso has finally agreed to let me have some space on his webpage.
My name is Pinewoods Fortuna, or just Ninni for short! I am a 6 month old Maine Coon girl, born 01/01/2003. My color is brown mackerel tabby with white, the white is on my chest and on all four paws.

I left my home with Maria at Pinewoods cattery when I was about 12 weeks old to live with a family. But I did not stay there for long, because someone in that family were allergic to me... So I moved back to Maria again for a short while. Then, on the 09th of June Linda and Geir Rune came to visit us. They seemed nice, and I went home with them that same evening! After a long car ride we finally got there, and I got to meet my new "brother" Juuso.

So, here I am, living in a new home again. But I think I will stay this time! Linda and Geir are really nice, and Juuso is not to bad either. It did not take long to get settled in, and Linda and Geir gives me a lot of attention! Juuso has also been pretty nice too me, although I think he was a little jealous the first few days that I was here. Now he seems fine, and even shares his toys with me! Although he can be a little bothersome at times (he always wants me to play with him...) I like him. And if he gets to rough I just tell him to go away, and then he does.
The apartment is nice, and we have a lot of cool toys. During the day I like to be where Geir or Linda is, and at night I sleep in their bed cuddled up against Geir's feet (when I am not busy chasing Juuso around the house that is...).

About Ninni by Linda and Geir Rune
Ninni came to live with us 09 June 2003, about 5 months old. We had been looking for a friend for Juuso, and when we saw that the owner of Juuso's father had an older kitten available we contacted her immediately to find out more! We thought it would be best to find a cat that was not too much younger than Juuso, and Ninni seemed perfect! She had been returned to Pinewoods because the first family she moved to realized there was allergy in the family, so they could not keep her.
Everything happened really fast, and before we knew it she was here! She immediately charmed both us and Juuso, and was a full member of the family within days! She was a little careful the first days, but it did not take long for her to feel at home either!

Ninni and Juuso never had any problems getting along, Juuso was a little "carefully aggressive" the first 30 minutes she was here, but after that there has been no problems. She was very annoyed with him the first few days, because he wanted her to play with him, while she was busy exploring her new home and getting to know us. But now they love playing together, and race around the house playing "Hide and seek", especially at 3 AM :)

Ninni loves to eat, and when they get canned food she eats it about 3 times faster than Juuso (who seems to almost prefer his dried cat food to canned food). When Ninni is done with her portion she will try to steal Juuso's. She will watch him for a while with begging eyes, then carefully approach his bowl. He seems equally surprised every time, and just gives her the food and walks away... Ninni also "has to" smell or taste whatever we are eating, and will almost climb into our mouths to get a taste.
